FAQ

Will the lender stop my account by making a claim?

No. Our legal team will ensure that your account is not affected from claiming back Credit Card Charges or Payment Protection Insurance.

Remember that you are the victim and it is not your fault.

Will the insurance on my credit agreement stop when making a claim?

Yes. We aim to recover all premiums paid and stop all further premiums that may have been added to your credit agreement.

if you would like to ensure that you are covered correctly, our legal department can assist you in comparing highly recommended companies to cover all of your agreements in one account.

Are there any reasons I can't claim back Credit Card Charges or PPI?

Unfortunately there are some restrictions such as IVA's and Bankruptcy. Unlike the majority of Claims Companies we will accept your case even if you are in Debt Management or Severe Arrears. We have a business partner that can assist you if you are in any form of arrears.

What information will I need to make a claim?

For both Credit Card Charges and Mis-Sold PPI Claims we require the Account Number, Name of Lender. In addition to the above, we shall require you to complete a very short questionnaire to determine how severe your case is.

If you have a copy of your Credit Agreement, this would help to speed the process up.

My account is in severe arrears, will I receive money back?

This depends completely on the amount of arrears and premiums paid / charges applied.

If the value of the claim is below the amount of arrears, the lender has the right to use the monies to pay towards the arrears.

Don't let this put you off as this could reduce your debt significantly.

I have friends who may have a claim, can you help?

Yes. As a thank you for referring them to us, we will give you a £20 cheque for every friend that we accept a case from.
